Get comfortable with the basics. Learn the basic tools and how to use them. Also covered are basic safety and sanitation. We’ll spend time learning how to dice, chop and julienne, then put it all together for a delicious meal.

Fresh salmon prepared in with a couple of different presentations. We'll also be doing rice pilaff as a side dish.

Fresh Pasta

One of our most popular and fun classes. Pasta made from scratch!  We'll also be making a fresh Marinara Sauce, and ALfredo that will melt in your mouth.

A natural for the  Joynt! Learn the art of flipping eggs and creating light, fluffy omelets. We also make a fresh, stuffed French Toast that you will love. Also learn the secret of fabulous breakfast potatoes!
